Grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers or pesticides, the winery aims for low yields and careful farming to bring out the best from the Bien Nacido vineyard. Made entirely in older French oak barrels, the wine is a lighter food friendly style. Minerality balanced with acid and notes of sharp citrus the wine finishes clean and refreshing.
