The most sustainable winemaking country in the world, The Guest House is a classic Sauvignon Blanc from heritage vineyards sites in Chile's famed Central Valley. This amazing summer white has a bright nose of citrus fruits and white flowers, leading to a mineral driven palate with soft undertones. The volcanic soils in the vineyard add to the minerality, while fermentation in 100% stainless steel contributes to a very juicy palate. For comparison's sake, Sidecar is less grassy and herbal than a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc with more peaches and citrus flavors than a rich Sauvignon Blanc from Napa Valley. Chilled down, this is a perfect summer sipper for under $10 a bottle!
"This classic Sauvignon Blanc is loaded with alluring notes of tropical fruits, balanced by citrus flavors ranging from grapefruit to lime, with a light and crisp finish." The Wine Buyer, 92 Points
