It is common knowledge that the true quality of a Champagne house is best judged by the consistency and quality of their non-vintage wine. This is where the true "house style" is defined and executed year in/ year out. Pol Roger is a firm believer in this philosophy and takes extreme pride in their "White Foil" Brut.
Pale gold with a very fine bead; flowery, delicately toasty aroma with fruit and complexity; creamy, beautifully balanced with a dry, harmonious finish.
Delicate and fresh, with lots of apple and dough flavors and crisp acidity. Very long and flavorful on the finish. 9,300 cases made.
With some bottle age, this nonvintage wine is beautifully integrated. Crispness accompanies a rounder, riper character, with green plum and lemon flavors cut by sliced apple and acidity. The blend brings together the three Champagne grapes in equal measure and reflects that in its well-balanced aftertaste.
A particulary good value.

Medium gold color, with a lively, energetic mousse. Toasty, leesy and loaded with orchard fruits on the nose, which also shows a waxy lanolin note reminiscent of Vouvray. Full and rich in the mouth, with flavors of buttered toast and ripe apple that are nicely supported by solid, harmonious acidity. Broad through the finish and long, with a late note of sweet pear.
