Whole berry fermented, cave-aged in 100% French Oak for two years, this wine is bottled unfiltered to retain its natural character. On the palate, the wine offers soft and supple tannins supported by a firm hillside backbone, hinting at its potential to age gracefully for a decade or more. The nose reveals aromas of ripe blackberry and black currant, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla oak. The palate showcases rich dark fruit flavors, including black cherry and black raspberry, interwoven with notes of mocha and spice.
